These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts, goods and other services between the customers and USP Fashion BV

By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions.
Unless USP Fashion BV has indicated otherwise in writing to the customer, the general terms and conditions of the customer will not be accepted.
USP Fashion BV will confirm the customer's order by email. Contrary to article 4.1 of the MITEX general terms and conditions, a contract will only be drawn up when payment has been successfully completed. USP Fashion BV has the right to refuse a delivery or to impose special conditions, subject to stating reasons. If USP Fashion BV is unable to clearly determine the permanent or temporary address of the customer, an order cannot be accepted.
Order processes that for any reason are technically or otherwise disrupted before the payment instructions are completed are incomplete, even if the customer has received an order confirmation. In principle, such an order will therefore not be delivered. However, USP Fashion BV will attempt to contact the customer to complete the payment instructions in such a way that the delivery can be carried out.
The contract price is the current price at the time an order is placed with the web store. The prices of articles include VAT.
The prices in the webstore are exclusive of shipping costs.
USP Fashion BV is not bound by the conditions of its offer in the event of printing, typesetting or programming errors on the website.
USP Fashion BV will act with the utmost care when processing orders for articles.
When an item is ordered that later turns out not to be in stock and will no longer be replenished, USP Fashion BV reserves the right to cancel the order and will inform the customer of this.
Items are delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer to USP Fashion BV
USP Fashion BV will ship accepted orders as soon as possible in the order in which they are received.
The delivery time indicated in the web store is only approximate and there is no right to compensation if the actual delivery takes longer.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product can be legally imported into the country of destination. All orders are shipped from the Netherlands. When ordering from USP Fashion BV, the recipient is the importer of the record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs duties and levies levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import duties, customs duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient country. The additional costs for implementation must be borne by the recipient; USP Fashion BV has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
It might be a good idea to check with your local customs office about current charges before ordering so that you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Contrary to article 5 of the general terms and conditions of MITEX, the customer has the right to return any item (with the exception of earrings) to USP Fashion BV within thirty (14) days after delivery, without having to give a reason. This right also extends to items that have been reduced in price. As a result, the purchase of that item will be canceled and the customer will be refunded the amount already paid to USP Fashion BV for the item. Please note that we will not refund the shipping costs for the returned items when a package is delivered to a different carrier or postal company than the label we provided.
No refund will be issued for items returned to USP Fashion BV after the stated thirty day period.
Items must be returned according to the instructions on the return form enclosed with the items.
Items returned must be in the condition generally accepted for approval of the items for normal use, such as trying on items in conventional stores. If a customer wishes to exercise such a right to return an item, the item must be returned to USP Fashion BV together with everything originally included with the item, in its original condition and packaging, in accordance with the clear and reasonable instructions of USP Fashion BV
USP Fashion BV is entitled to refuse a returned item or send it back to the customer if the item appears to have been used, the original labels are missing, or damage has been caused by the customer, or if the customer does not comply with the instructions for the return of the item given by USP Fashion BV
If USP Fashion BV delivers an article different from the one ordered, or if the article is damaged or defective, the customer must notify USP Fashion BV of this as soon as possible. USP Fashion BV will contact you regarding returning and crediting the item if this applies, otherwise we will come to an alternative solution.
If USP Fashion BV delivers an article that does not correspond to the article ordered, or if the article is damaged or shows defects, the customer must report this to USP Fashion BV as soon as possible. USP Fashion BV will contact you about returning and crediting the item if applicable, otherwise we will come to an alternative solution.
Comments or complaints regarding an order, payment or delivery must be sent in writing to the following email address: catwalkjunkie@uspfashion.com
The email must include the customer's name, the email address that matches the one on the USP Fashion BV records, the order number included in the order confirmation, and the item number.
All payments must be made in accordance with the instructions on the webstore pages.
By placing an order, the customer grants USP Fashion BV the right to use his personal data where necessary. This data is only kept to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data is obtained and processed by USP Fashion BV, i.e. the execution of the contract, for marketing purposes and for maintaining contact with the customer.
The personal data provided by a customer will not be passed on to third parties for commercial purposes without the express consent of the customer. The customer has the right to inspect and change this data at any time.
Any dispute between USP Fashion BV and a customer can be brought before the Disputes Committee for Textile and Shoes by either party. Details of this procedure are set out in Article 15 of MITEX's Terms and Conditions.
