Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal.

Waist:
Measure at your natural waistline, at the narrowest point.

Hip:
With your feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Inside leg (inseam length):
Measure from the top of the inside leg to the floor.
