Return within Europe

→ Select the item or items you want to return and let us know why you are returning the item or items.

→ Choose the return method available for your country. Depending on your location, you can deliver your order to the courier.

→ Print (if applicable) your return label and stick it on your package.

→ As soon as your return has been received and processed, we will send you a return confirmation by e-mail. Depending on your chosen payment method, it may take 5-10 business days to receive your refund.

Follow the instructions below to return your order:

→ Place the item you want to return in the original packaging. Make sure the item is unworn with all tags still attached.

→ Complete the enclosed return form and add the completed form to your return shipment.

→ Drop off your package at a post office or parcel point of your choice. Make sure you send the return directly to the following address (this is the address stated on your return form):

→ Always ask for a proof of postage or a receipt with a tracking number and keep it safe until we have processed your return.


Exchanges

Items can only be returned for a refund. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange your order immediately. Do you need a different size or do you prefer an alternative color? Then return the items for a refund and then place a new order through our website.


Restitution

As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will let you know by e-mail. You will also hear from us whether the refund has been approved or not. Upon approval, you will be automatically refunded via the original payment method. Please note that it may take a while for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Accepted returns will be refunded within 14 working days of receipt.


Return restrictions

→ All returns must be returned to us within 30 days of the ship date.

→ The returned items are unworn and unused and are in the original packaging with all tags still attached.

→ If you want to return multiple items from your order, always return them in 1 package. When a second return is sent for an order that was originally sent as 1 package, the costs are for the sender. Also within the Netherlands.

→ Online purchases cannot be returned in any of the Catwalk Junkie Brand Stores.

→ Catwalk Junkie gift cards are non-refundable or non-returnable.

→ Catwalk Junkie reserves the right to refuse the return of your order if our return conditions are not met.
