We rarely restock products, but in some cases we can check if one of our points of sale still has the item. Send an email to catwalkjunkie@uspfashion.com with a description or photo of the Catwalk Junkie style you would like to add to your wardrobe, as well as the size and color you want. We will let you know what the options are for the style(s) you are looking for.

Account

Changing your password is super easy. Go to our website, click on log in and select 'forgot your password?'. Enter your email address and the new password will be emailed to you. You can then change it yourself by logging into your account.

Of course! You can update your billing and/or delivery address directly from your personal Catwalk Junkie account. Please note that this does not affect orders that have already been processed and/or shipped.

We take your privacy seriously. All payments on www.catwalkjunkie.com are made within Mollie's secure payment environment. Mollie adheres to the Personal Data Protection Act and does not share customer data with third parties.

Yes, all prices include VAT.

Once you have confirmed your order, you will automatically be directed to the Mollie payment environment. Please note that your order cannot be completed without a successful payment. When you leave your order without paying, you will receive an email from us reminding you to complete your order. Unpaid items in your shopping cart will not be reserved for you.

Orders

No! You can shop at Catwalk Junkie without creating an account. We recommend that you create one if you want to take full advantage of our online shopping experience. With an account, ordering will be much faster next time, you can view your order history, your wish list will be saved, and so on.

Once your order has been confirmed, you can unfortunately no longer change it. Our warehouse processes your order almost immediately, so that you receive it as quickly as possible. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately so that we can check the status. We can only cancel the order for you if your order has not yet been processed. Of course you also have the option to return your order after you have received it.

Yes, that's possible! Of course we hope that you are delighted with your brand new Catwalk Junkie item(s). If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of the shipment date. Seehere for more information about returns.

Follow the instructions below to return your order:

1. Place the item you want to return in the original packaging. Make sure it is unworn with all tags and tags still attached.

2. Use the correct order number starting with 302...

3. Enter your return information here to receive a return label.

4. Select the item(s) you wish to return and let us know why you are returning the item(s).

5. Choose the return method available for your country. Depending on your location, you can drop off your order at a parcel point or schedule a pick-up.

6. Print (if applicable) your return label and stick it on your package.

7. As soon as your return has been received and processed, we will send you a return confirmation by e-mail. Depending on your chosen payment method, it may take 1-3 business days to receive your refund.

Return shipments from outside Europe are always for your own account, but if you have chosen PayPal as a payment method, you can ask PayPal to reimburse the shipping costs for the return shipment. Please note that this is a PayPal service and not Catwalk Junkie. Read more about the terms of this service here .

To return your order simply follow the instructions below:

1. Place the item you want to return in the original packaging. Make sure the item is unworn with all tags still attached.

2. Add the packing slip to your return shipment.

3. Hand in your package at a post office or parcel point of your choice. Make sure you send the return directly to the following address (this is the address stated on your return form):

4. Always ask for proof of postage or receipt with tracking number and keep it safe until we have processed your return.

5. As soon as we have received your return, we will process it as soon as possible. Please note that this can take up to 14 working days.

* Please note: if you live outside the EU, please make sure to include a fully completed customs form and any other required documents with your return. Import duties paid by USP Fashion will be deducted from the return amount

I need a smaller size. Can I exchange an item?

Items can only be returned for a refund. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange your order immediately. Do you need a different size or do you prefer an alternative color? Then return the items for a refund and then place a new order through our website.

I have received a damaged item. What can I do?

 First of all, we are very sorry that you have received a damaged item. We usually do everything we can to ensure that only quality ends up in your wardrobe. If you think there is something wrong with the item you received, please contact us first before returning the damaged item. We would like to ensure that this is resolved as quickly and properly as possible.
